Whether it's redeveloping existing commercial and residential buildings or developing new properties, Wayne Enterprises has the present and future of Valparaiso always in mind.
Our philosophy is simple: improve and develop real estate at the highest level and the whole community benefits. One of those benefits is philanthropy, which is one of the highest priorities of Wayne Enterprises. Every year we give back by aiding in philanthropic endeavors by holding fundraisers, giving to local charities, and giving our time and experience to non-profit boards.
Previous projects
502 Wall St—Using creative financing practices, we were able to fully occupy an underperforming property and create increased community and investor value for a profitable sale.
402 Wall St—Similarly to 502 Wall St, we were able to increase the value to the community and the future owner for a profitable sale.
1351 Silhavy Rd—Purchased and held for 5 years. This was an underperforming property but with capital improvements and boots on the ground work we were able to fill the occupancy with long term leases. Eventually, the property was sold for a profit.
954 Eastport Centre—After a tornado that left the building half occupied for years, we stepped in and turned it into a profit center. Eventually, this property was sold to a community and business partner for a profit.
